These terms apply to the current Fecta website and test app. By using Fecta, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that features may change while the platform is being developed.

What Fecta provides

Fecta offers educational personal-development tools, goal tracking, reflections, community information, and guided next-step suggestions. It does not guarantee a particular personal, health, employment, financial, or community outcome.

Accounts and guest mode

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Guest progress may be lost if browser storage is cleared. Do not create an account using someone else's identity or access another person's account.

Your content

You keep responsibility for information, goals, and reflections you enter. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing, or intentionally harmful material.

Community listings

A business, organization, program, or public place appearing in Fecta is not automatically a formal partner or endorsement. Confirm current hours, costs, eligibility, safety requirements, and availability directly with the provider.

AI and automated guidance

Fecta guidance may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. Use your judgment and seek qualified help for important medical, legal, financial, safety, or crisis decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, collect other members' private information, impersonate Fecta or another person, or use the platform to cause harm.

Availability

The current platform is under active development. Features may be changed, paused, corrected, or removed. Fecta may restrict access needed to protect members, the community, or the service.
